We enjoyed a field trip to the police station. It was a little eerie at first, before meeting the officer who took us on the tour. There were all sorts of characters there, and I felt like people were looking at me thinking, "They're coming to visit dad in jail" or something! At one point during our tour the officer said, "Shh, listen." We heard voices. "Those are prisoners." It was a little freaky for me. It was a good reminder of what sin does and where it can lead you. It was also a good reminder to be thankful for the law enforcement that we do have.
